  Judgmental, hard to deal with and extremely disorganized, took ALL money plus some from the security deposit and charged fees for damages that existed prior to our move in.
  
  Just beware.... they do not communicate well among each other when it comes to move-in / move-out and maintenance requests. The maintenance will just come into your apartment without any documentation on what they did while they were there.
