  UPDATE: Received monitor back with even more Damaged
  
  Was having display issues with my Samsung Monitor and they told me to send it here. I did so and while my monitor was there I was reading the reviews here and started to worry.. got my screen back and sure enough there is damage and something loose on the inside. Now I have to send it back And wait another 7 days. And to think Samsung recommends this company for their repairs?? What a joke of a company.
